Таким образом Ставрополь не получит 45 новых троллейбусов с автомным ходом ни до конца 2024 года, ни в первой половине 2025 года (ну только если власти не договорятся о переносе финансирования).
Средства на приобретение этих самых троллейбусов были выделены из федерального бюджета в рамках инфраструктурного проекта, но освоить (т.е. купить новые троллейбусы) их не смогли, поэтому повторно могут не выделить в 2025 году.

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
