Правительство РФ установило регионам предельные индексы подорожания ЖКУ на 2022 г. Больше всего оплата повысится в Чечне - на 6,5%. В Дагестане - на 6%. А вот на Ставрополье они не превысят 3,4 %. В других регионах Северного Кавказа и Юга России квартплата вырастет на 3,7 - 5,4%.
Отметим, наибольший рост происходит, как правило, в регионах с наименьшими тарифами. Это называется, "подтянуть" до экономически обоснованных. По этому же принципу самые высокие предельные индексы были установлены для Чечни (6,5%) и в прошлом году.
Новое повышение, как всегда наступит с середины года.
