Жилой комплекс появится на месте закрытой больницы на Павелецкой набережной.
Градостроительно-земельная комиссия (ГЗК) одобрила размещение жилой застройки по адресу: Павелецкая наб., вл. 6. Сейчас здесь находятся здания Городской больницы № 56, которая была закрыта в ходе реорганизаци московской системы здравоохранения.
На земельном участке площадью 2,14 га появится жилой комплекс общей площадью 103 880 м², из которых 89 620 м² – жильё. Предельная высота застройки не будет превышать 165 м.
О девелопере, который будет реализовывать проект, пока ничего не известно.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
