Согласно условиям договора, после завершения строительства 51% помещений в объекте должны быть переданы в возмездное (аренда) либо безвозмездное пользование исключительно официальным или ключевым партнерам Фонда «Сколково».
При начальной стоимости в 180 млн рублей девелопер согласился заплатить за участок 198,3 млн рублей.
