«Целующиеся» небоскребы могут появиться в «Большом Сити»

Американское архитектурное бюро Leeser Architects создало необычный проект двух небоскребов для участка в «Большом Сити». Башни высотой 200 метров расположены не параллельно друг другу, а одна из них будет наклонена к другой, а открытые террасы на высоте более 100 метров создадут эффект поцелуя.

Башни предлагается построить на участке площадью 2га по адресу: улица Ермакова Роща, вл. 7А.

В 2021 году группа «Платформа», в создании которой участвовал акционер ГК ПИК Сергей Гордеев, выкупила этот участок за 721,1 миллиона рублей. Все последующие годы территорию пытались продать за 1,7 млрд рублей. Но в конце 2024 года стало известно, что площадка полностью перешла к ПИК.

Учитывая, что на одной из визуализаций упоминается компания Forma, возможно, именно она будет заниматься застройкой этой территории. Однако пока неизвестно, планируется ли воплощать этот смелый проект в жизнь.
