Экс-главу МЧС Кузбасса освободили по делу о пожаре в «Зимней вишне» из-за истечения срока давности преступления

В прошлом году Александра Мамонтова приговорили к 10,5 годам колонии по статьям о растрате 1,9 миллиона рублей и халатности, повлёкшей гибель 60 человек.

Накануне суд постановил выпустить бывшего «спасателя» из-под стражи. Мамонтова освободили от наказания за халатность, так как по этой статье истёк срок давности преследования.

Шестилетний срок за растрату экс-руководитель МЧС отбыл ещё в СИЗО во время следствия и процесса.

По версии обвинения, Мамонтов знал о нарушениях в «Зимней вишне», но не организовал проверку требований пожарной безопасности.
