Комплекс зданий возведен еще в 1836 году, но долгое время находился в запустении.

Все работы, включая обустройство территории, заняли год. В центре работает 700 человек.

Предприятие занимается инжинирингом деталей и запчастей, созданием оборудования для ТЭК и смежных отраслей, а также ремонтом и обслуживанием оборудования.
