Самый последний день Этот пост — не рекомендация, а скорее эмоциональный отзыв. Этот фильм я впервые посмотрел лет дцать назад. Ну как посмотрел: попался по ТВ на сцене, где главный герой в трамвае вышел на след преступника. Ну и досмотрел до трагичного финала. Тогда мне показалось, что это типичный позднесоветский боевик — ничего примечательного. Но на днях я его посмотрел полностью и с начала. И в таком свете история совсем иная! Невероятно трогательная, душещипательная история о настоящем Человеке. Наивном для этого мира (ведь даже учитывая, что кино про советских людей — которые, как мы знаем, должны быть честными, благородными и так далее, — всё равно есть акцент на том, что главный герой разительно отличается от остальных). The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
