Наприкінці 80-х кінематографісти з України здійснили кілька експедицій до віддалених регіонів Сибіру. Через майже 40 років режисер Олексій Радинський знайшов відзняті матеріали в архіві студії «Київнаукфільм».
Так виникла ідея створити кіноесе «Там, де закінчується Росія» та дослідити російський імперіалізм.
У стрічці Радинський піднімає важливу тему: пригноблення корінних народів у російських колоніях. А також експлуатаційне «освоєння» росіянами земель: видобуток нафти, газу, вугілля та будівництво трубопроводів.

For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
