В России заработал сайт реестра электронных повесток для военнообязанных.

С этого года электронные повестки приравнены к бумажным, их будут рассылать уже в текущий осенний призыв.

Повестка будет считаться автоматически врученной спустя семь дней. Если не прийти по ней в указанный срок, вам запретят:

👁Управлять транспортом;
👁Получать кредиты и займы;
👁Регистрировать транспорт и недвижимость;
👁Регистрироваться в качестве ИП и самозанятого.

Все ограничения будут сняты в течение суток после посещения военкомата

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
