Около полуночи по МСК наши подписчики начали замечать, что подарочные подписки Telegram Premium не доходят до получателей.
Редакция @tginfo напоминает, что в подобных случаях следует подождать сутки с момента покупки подписки. Если после этого подписка так и не появится у получателя, а деньги не вернутся на карту покупателя, то тогда (и только тогда!) покупателю следует обратиться в волонтёрскую поддержку Telegram (Настройки - Задать вопрос) и предоставить в одном сообщении все детали проблемы, включая скриншот, подтверждающий факт оплаты.
