دومی یه فردی هست که اضافه وزن داره و یه کم شکم رو به جلو برجسته هست. می‌تونه علت‌های دیگه هم داشته باشه.

سومی فردی هست که تورم شکم داره. همون 6Fs معروف:

Fat
Fluid
Flatulus
Feces
Fetus
Fatal growth

ولی چهارمی کسی هست که اینقدر تحلیل رفته و آب رفته که شکم فرو رفته به داخل. این کات سی‌تی اسکن رو از مریض دیشبمون ببینید. به این شکم میگن قایقی. شبیه قایق میشه.

معمولا در end stage malignancy دیده میشه.
