دکتر معصومه کمال‌الدینی، متولد ۱۳۵۸، مدرس دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تهران مرکز و دانشگاه علمی-کاربردی جمعیت هلال احمر و مددکار اجتماعی ارشد سازمان صدا و سیماست. تحصیلات او شامل کارشناسی مطالعات خانواده در دانشگاه الزهرا (س)، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری جامعه‌شناسی گروه‌های اجتماعی در دانشگاه آزاد علوم تحقیقات (با رتبه برتر) است.
او دبیر گروه جامعه‌شناسی مصائب و بلایای طبیعی انجمن جامعه‌شناسی ایران، نویسنده‌ی کتاب «جامعه‌شناسی فاجعه» و پژوهشگر و کنشگر اجتماعی حوزه‌ی مدیریت اجتماع‌محور بحران است. -
