Полная стоимость ипотечного кредита в среднем достигла 30,17% у топ-10 участников рынка. Теперь переплата за весь срок жилищного кредита может оказаться семикратной, а ежемесячный платеж на жилье в крупных городах легко достигает 150–300 тыс. рублей.
В результате ипотека стала недоступной для большей части россиян, констатируют эксперты. Сейчас рынок ипотеки заморожен непосильными ставками по рыночным программам, а отрасль поддерживают лишь льготные программы.
Рынок начнет восстанавливаться, только когда ключевая ставка опустится до 15%, что произойдет не ранее, чем через полтора года, считают эксперты.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
