На борту было 67 человек, среди них 16 россиян. Официальные списки пассажиров рейса пока не публиковали, неофициальные списки начали появляться в некоторых телеграм-каналах.
Сейчас Минтранс Казахстана сообщает о 16 погибших и 28 выживших пассажирах, судьба остальных неизвестна.
МЧС по республике Казахстан открыло горячую линию: 8-7292-319099.
Аэропорт Актау открыт и работает в штатном режиме.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
