Лидером по ускорению стала Северная Осетия. Там показатель снизился на 1,5 часа. Жители Свердловской области в этом месяце стали получать первичный ответ быстрее на 1 час 25 минут. В пятерку лидеров также вошли Воронежская область, Приморский край и Республика Тыва.

В числе регионов с отрицательной динамикой скорости ответа: Севастополь, Крым, Сахалинская, Курганская и Саратовская области.

Средняя скорость первичного ответа на обращения в октябре составила 3 часа 11 минут, что на 20 минут больше, чем в сентябре.
