Возможно, реализуйся он, то греки и сербы согласились бы с переходом к Болгарии большей части Македонии, и Балканский союз сохранился бы, а там кто знает, какие это могло произвести последствия. Сербы даже учредили Драчский округ в Центральной Албании, его военным комендантом стал известный (на родине) сербский поэт, капитан Бранислав Милечевич (на фото). Но дипломатия великикх держав воспрепятствовала этому, и способствовала появлению Албанского княжества в 1913 г.
