В Кургане за 70 млн можно купить целый МКД.

На Авито выставлен на продажу жилой дом. Все девять квартир в нем принадлежат одному владельцу. Собственник указывает, что капитальный ремонт выполнен в 2022 году. Общая площадь дома – 348,2 кв. м. Т.е. квадратный метр стоит чуть более 200 тысяч.

Целые МКД продают не так часто. К примеру, в Хабаровском крае отдельный подъезд дома продавали за 251 млн рублей. А в Карелии – МКД на 20 квартир за 50 млн рублей.

Для сравнения: на сумму от продажи всех трёх домов можно купить лишь парочку санузлов в самой дорогой квартире Москвы.
