Вчера состоялось заседание Арбитражного суда г. Москвы по делу о банкротстве Euroclear. Представители ЦБ и НРД не только высказались против введения процедуры, но и отдельно отметили:
(1) Банкротство Euroclear не имеет оснований, так как активы у Euroclear есть.
(2) Однако они расположены на специальных счетах типа «С» и «И», в связи с чем удовлетворение требований кредиторов за их счет не представляется возможным.

Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
