Всю эту неделю до 21 февраля в республике проводят мероприятие "Право управления". Его суть: поймать и наказать водителей без прав и лишенников, севших за руль.
Наказывать будут рублем: За вождение без прав штраф от 5 до 15 тысяч; За управление транспортом водителем, лишенным прав, штраф 30 тысяч или до 15 суток ареста или обязательные работы до 200 часов. За передачу авто в руки водителя без прав и лишенного права управления штраф 30 тысяч.
Водитель без прав – тот, у кого их вообще нет и не было, а лишенный права управления – тот, у которого забрали права.
