Что делать? 1) Проверь на vpn.works (под своим бригадирским ключом), сколько у тебя активных пользователей в бригаде. 2) Свяжись с пользователями, ключи которых помечены как "Мёртвая душа" или "Ёжик в тумане", активируй их. 3) Раздай дополнительные ключи пользователям: по отдельному ключу на каждое устройство (так скорость будет больше) 4) Подключи новых пользователей к свободному интернету.
