17 февраля мы отмечаем День российских студенческих отрядов. Этот праздник проходит в нашей стране в соответствии с указом Президента Российской Федерации.

Студотряды в ДНР существуют с 2016 года и по сегодняшний день являются значимой частью молодежной политики Республики. Ребята работают на строительных объектах, в медицинских учреждениях, организовывают оздоровительные детские кампании – и это далеко не всё.

Сейчас крайне важно формирование кадрового резерва, особенно в направлении рабочих специальностей. Приятно осознавать, что такой трудолюбивой молодежи с каждым годом становится все больше.

От всей души поздравляю каждого бойца студенческих отрядов с этим праздником! Желаю новых свершений, интересных проектов и неисчерпаемого энтузиазма!

The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
