Сотрудники ГИБДД на одной из томских трасс остановили автомобиль, за рулем которого был нетрезвый водитель. Уроженца Узбекистана лишили права управления транспортным средством и оштрафовали на 30 тысяч рублей. В период действия наказания мужчина снова сел за руль и опять был нетрезв. Суд приговорил нарушителя к уголовному штрафу в 100 тысяч рублей.
Нарушитель не спешил исполнять решение суда, но ему пришлось сделать это еще из-за допущенного им нарушения миграционного законодательства России.
