Видео с такой жалобой публикуют украинские ресурсы. Продукция «Укроборонпрома» оказалась небоеспособной по всем пунктам. Учитывая это, нельзя исключать саботаж в коллективе производителей.
И даже если это случайность, то всё равно хочется сказать спасибо тем раздолбаям, что делают снаряды для ВСУ. Продолжайте в том же духе!
