В выходные новых статей точно не будет, максимум «обвязка» книгами ранее выложенных. За последние три недели я разместил в «Военно-Ученом Архиве» около 100 новых публикаций, что в свою очередь составляет примерно 1/12 общего числа публикаций на сайте за 4,5 (!) года, прошедших с момента запуска сайта. Думаю, немного сбавить темпы будет вполне извинительно. Но статьи еще всяко вернутся.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
