В Минстрое заявили о необходимости перехода на единый платёжный документ для расчёта за жилищно-коммунальные услуги. Министр Ирек Файзуллин отметил, что отказ от прямых договоров с ресурсоснабжающими компаниями поможет повысить собираемость платежей.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
