Ингредиенты:
Яйцо 30 гр. моркови 10 гр. лука 50 гр. горбуши (можно любой другой рыбы) 3 ст.ложки муки (у меня пшеничная)
Способ приготовления:
1️⃣Трем морковь на мелкой терке, лук режем на мелкие кусочки, рыбу очищаем от костей и блендером превращаемся в пюреобразную консистенцию- все размешиваем в миске
2️⃣ Разбиваем в эту же миску яйцо и хорошо взбиваем
3️⃣Добавляем муку и хорошо размешиваем
4️⃣Заливаем в силиконовую форму и отправляем в духовку на 20 минут при 160° градусах или обжариваем в вафельнице.
