Палтус и цветная капуста в соотношении 2:1 ( у меня 100 гр и 50 гр) Яйцо 1 ст ложка манки
Филе рыбы и цветную капусту пробиваю блендером Консистенция должна быть густая, но не очень) Разлить по формам и отправить в духовку на 20 минут при 180°
А подлив сделала по простому:
Мелко нарезала лук, чеснок, зелень и добавила 2 столовые ложки морковного пюре и ложка воды, все это на сковородке чуток обжарила и получился - соус/подлив 🌝
