В Якутске вынесен приговор по делу о травмировании подростка на спортивной площадке

Суд признал виновным 36-летнего мужчину, который не обеспечил безопасность футбольных ворот на школьном поле, что привело к травмированию 9-классника. Инцидент произошел в мае 2024 года на футбольном поле школы №26 имени Е.Ю. Келле-Пелле. Об этом сообщает Следком по Якутии.

Подрядчик, устраняя недостатки после осмотра объекта, срезал металлические крепления ворот и оставил их незакрепленными. В результате ворота упали на ученика, причинив ему серьезные травмы.

Суд назначил мужчине наказание в виде 3 лет условно с испытательным сроком 2 года. @yakutsk_newss
