Депутаты Якутской городской думы приняли изменения в муниципальный НПА о земельном налоге. Днйствующий НПА проведён в соответствиие с федеральным Налоговым кодексом. Предыдущие ставки земельного налога действовали без существенных изменений 15 лет. В Якутске самый низкий средний размер земельного налога среди всех городов столиц регионов ДФО, в несколько раз меньше. Кроме того земельный налог в Якутске существенно ниже чем во многих райцентрах республики.
