Площадь больше на 60% и сопоставима с моей бывшей квартирой. Два окна, но света немного, так как вид на соседние здания. Ощущение “рабочего офиса”.
Охрана работает по пропускам и на выходные нужно готовить списки заранее. Пол надо делать. Парковка стихийная.
Цена примерно одинаковая. Расстояние и от дома и от студии и от общественного транспорта - одинаковое.
