Начинаю утро с заботой о себе: • Вода с лимоном • Лимфодренажная зарядка • Травяной чай (полностью исключила кофе) • Витамины после завтрака
❣️ Также соблюдаю режим дня (ложусь и встаю в одно и тоже время), уделяю медитациям 10-15 минут в день, сейчас мне больше всего нравятся медитации с эфирными маслами, мои фаровиты: лимон для утренней медитации, мята для вечерней медитации 🧈
• В течение дня я контролирую объем выпитой жидкости
Это занимает не так много времени, но дает большое количество энергии и увеличивает продуктивность ✨
