На парковке возле главного здания МВД по Чебоксарам нашли большое количество нарушителей, которые бросили авто под запрещающими знаками, на тротуаре и даже на местах для инвалидов.

На удивление, среди нарушителей оказалось сразу несколько сотрудников силовых органов, и даже с большими звёздами.

Правда, патруль ГИБДД на вызов за три часа так и не смог добраться. Удивительно, да?
