Интересное дело (№ А12-9734/2023) передано на рассмотрение Судебной коллегии по экономическим спорам ВС РФ (СКЭС).
По результатам камеральной проверки ФНС пришла к выводу о незаконности отнесения принадлежащих налогоплательщику солнечных электростанций к движимому имуществу. В результате ФНС сочла незаконным исключение налогоплательщиком данных объектов из расчета налога на имущество организаций и доначислила налог.
Налогоплательщик с этим не согласился и оспорил решение ФНС в суде. Не достигнув желаемого результата в 3-х инстанциях, налогоплательщик обратился в ВС РФ, который прислушался к доводам заявителя и передал дело в СКЭС.

Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world.
