По версии следствия, Александров совместно с директором филиала «Управление производственно-технологической комплектации „Метрострой“» Олегом Кузьменко и бывшим гендиректором компании «Безопасные технологии и разработки» Анатолием Болотовым решил похитить деньги «Метростроя», заключив фиктивный договор на поставку щебня. Ущерб составил не менее 178 млн руб.
Подследственные вину не признают. Однако тот факт, что Болотова задержали при попытке улететь в Израиль, уже о многом говорит.
