Проверка началась после обращения индивидуального предпринимателя, который указал на несоответствие формы договора утвержденному образцу и отсутствие счетов за услуги с сентября 2021 года по март 2024 года. УФАС вынесло предупреждение «Рифею» с требованием исправить договор и выставить счета. Суд поддержал позицию УФАС. Если нарушения подтвердятся, компании грозит штраф от 1 до 15% от выручки.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
