Легітымнымі іх назваць нельга толькі па той прычыне, што значная частка насельніцтва, па некаторых ацэнках да 20 адсоткаў з ліку выбаршчыкаў, пазбаўлены свайго канстытуцыйнага права ўдзельнічаць у выбарах у якасці і кандыдатаў, і выбаршчыкаў. Супрацьзаконным указам чалавека, які ўтрымлівае ўладу ў Беларусі, грамадзяне Рэспублікі Беларусь, якія знаходзяцца за межамі тэрыторыі Беларусі, пазбаўлены права галасаваць і тым самым праяўляць сваё волевыяўленне. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
