🔷دادستان کل کشور در نامه‌ای خطاب به دادستان عمومی و انقلاب مرکز استان خراسان جنوبی، دستور بررسی و رسیدگی هرچه سریعتر حادثه معدن طبس و ابعاد آن را صادر کرد.
🔷 محمد موحدی‌آزاد ضمن عرض تسلیت به خانواده‌های جان باختگان و آرزوی شفای عاجل برای مصدومان این حادثه، با تعیین بازپرس ویژه و تاکید بر دقت و سرعت در رسیدگی به علل این حادثه مواردی همچون؛ آخرین بازرسی و نظارت‌های انجام گرفته توسط نهادها یا سازمان های مسئول قبل از وقوع حادثه، آخرین وضعیت آواربرداری و امدادرسانی به حادثه دیدگان و تعداد دقیق فوت شدگان و … را با ارائه جزئیات کامل خواستار شد.
