2. Зайти на портал «Наш город» (https://gorod.mos.ru/) или в установленное приложение
3. Нажать на кнопку «Сообщить о проблеме»
4. Указать адрес, по которому находится люк
5. В разделе «Проезды и тротуары» выбрать пункт «Повреждение люка/незакрытый люк»
6. Прикрепить фотографию, сопроводив её пояснением
7. Нажать на кнопку «Отправить»

For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
