В преддверии масштабной общероссийской выборной кампании состоялась общепартийная онлайн-конференция. Геннадий Андреевич Зюганов рассказал с какой программой партия идет к ЕДГ.

Председатель обратил внимание на массовое снятие кандидатов от КПРФ по всей стране и осудил такой, отнюдь не новый, подход власти.
Так же заслушали доклады товарищей из всей страны. Особенно важным для меня было выступление товарищей из Курской области, где сейчас «жарко». Партийцы рассказали о том, как живут куряне в сегодняшнее время, о помощи местному населению и поблагодарили всех об оказанной поддержке.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
