Регулятор запустил рейтинг банков на основе числа обоснованных за год жалоб на организацию и общего количества выданных за это время кредитов.
Системно значимые банки ранжируются отдельно, а организации с единственной жалобой или без лицензии в список не включат. Так, у заёмщиков появится возможность выбирать среди всех банков, беря в расчёт не только ставки и условия, но и клиентоориентированность финорганизации с учётом реального опыта других клиентов.
