Подготовлен законопроект о признании цифровой валюты имуществом
Следственный комитет РФ разработал проект закона, которым цифровая валюта признается имуществом, а также определяется порядок конфискации, признания вещественными доказательствами и наложения ареста.
Как сообщается, сейчас указанный законопроект находится на рассмотрении в Правительстве РФ.
