Президент Армении Ваагн Хачатурян во время официального визита в Казахстан посетил Международный технопарк Astana Hub. Президента встретил министр цифрового развития, инноваций и аэрокосмической промышленности Республики Казахстан Жаслан Мадиев и ознакомил с цифровой инфраструктурой технопарка Astana Hub.

Самым важным событием стало – подписание меморандума о сотрудничестве между Astana Hub и Tumo Ventures о стратегическом партнерстве для открытия школы Tumo на базе Национального центра искусственного интеллекта. Документ предполагает стратегическое партнерство для создания школы креативных технологий TUMO на базе Национального центра искусственного интеллекта в Казахстане. Соглашение подписали генеральный директор Tumo Ventures Пегор Папазян и генеральный директор Astana Hub Магжан Мадиев.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
