Интересно, есть люди, которые могут продуктивно работать без положительной обратной связи? Ну, например, только получая з/п, но не получая похвалу и признание?
Я определенно точно без обратной положительной связи работать не могу! Мне важно понимать и знать, что я даю пользу, что я помогаю.
Для меня эмоциональное подкрепление важнее финансового. Поэтому я не могу работать с продюссерами, маркетологами и рекламщиками.
