Сегодня, 6 сентября, мы отмечаем День Независимости Чеченской Республики Ичкерия.
Именно в этот день в 91 году чеченский народ провозгласил восстановление своей независимости. А перед этим было несколько сот лет борьбы с царской Россией, с большевиками, с деникинцами. Чеченцы пережили репрессии, геноцид и даже принудительную депортацию. Позже, в 94 году, против них была развязана кровавая война режимом Ельцина-Путина, в которой погиб каждый десятый чеченец.
Сейчас чеченцы вместе с украинцами на фронте освободительной войны против Москвы воюют бок о бок. И мы убеждены, что, когда эта война закончится поражением Москвы, мы будем помогать чеченскому народу, чтобы он вновь восстановил свою независимость и Чечня была свободна от Москвы.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
