На фоне действующих ставок ЦБ РФ и не самого активного спроса на ипотеку застройщики стали предлагать новые решения. Например, ЖК «Западный луч» предлагает беспроцентную рассрочку* до 2026 г.: сперва первый взнос, остальные платежи — равными долями без процентов.
Челябинский инвестор Артем Горбунов отмечает, что можно совместить покупку квартиры в рассрочку и размещение средств на депозите.
Эксперты уверены, что пока ставки по ипотеке остаются на текущем уровне, рассрочка будет актуальным и выгодным инструментом для покупки недвижимости.
