Январь начался продуктивно!
Прочитано 5 книг. Сейчас в процессе «Эликсиры дьявола» Гофмана и «Добро не оставляйте на потом» Адрианы Трижиани))

Я безумно рада, что сейчас могу заниматься спортом. Месяц без него был испытанием. За неделю было 4 тренировки: 3 сайкла и 1 ходьба в гору на беговой дорожке ( уклон делала на 5.5, в след раз побольше добавлю).
Если раньше я пыхтела и тяжело дышала даже от обычной ходьбы через 10-15 мин , то после прокачки в сайкле, 50 мин ходьбы даже не ощущаются.

А сейчас у нас с мужем случились выходные и мы на сутки уезжаем из Москвы. Выбрали домик с мангальной зоной и купелью фурако в новом месте🥰
