Настоящие любители тихой охоты не ждут весны. В Янинском лесном массиве уже собирают зимний опёнок — фламмулину бархатистоножковую. Этот гриб стойко переносит холода и радует грибников даже в феврале.

Страстные охотники за дарами леса уже готовят изысканные блюда, добавляя зимний опёнок в супы, рагу и даже маринованные закуски. Так что, если вам не хватает свежих грибов — берите корзину и отправляйтесь на поиски!
