Два законопроекта, прошедшие рассмотрение в Комитете по экологии, были сегодня в повестке итогового пленарного заседания Государственной Думы на осенней сессии. Оба касаются совершенствования сферы обращения с отходами:
🔹№ 120890-8 об обращении с ТКО в труднодоступных районах, который также касается компостирования органических фракций ТКО, новых требований к учёту вторичных ресурсов. Законопроект принят в третьем чтении.
🔹№ 780703-8 о «едином ответственном» за контейнерные площадки: новый подход к правовому регулированию создания и содержания площадок накопления ТКО. Принят в первом чтении, работа над законопроектом продолжится на весенней сессии.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
