Рыбаки выходят в Белое море.
Это осень, конец тепла.
И сентябрь горит, как шапка на воре,
И озера глаже стекла.

И качают волны рыжую лодку,
Но она не идёт ко дну.
Запевает ветер в полную глотку,
Поднимает, морщит волну.

Сколько сотен лет они тянут сети,
Сколько лет приносят улов.
Господи, мы временные на свете,
Постоянное - это любовь.

И течет вода, пропуская время,
Над камнями, илом, песком,
Над костями мертвых лодок, над всеми,
Плачут на берегу о ком.

Подступает осень морозцем к коже,
Зелена голова волны.
Но зачем же так мы хрупки, о Боже,
И так смертны, и влюблены.
